Eastriver is the sixth borough of New York, having been founded sometime between 2015 - 2088. Eastriver is where Master Choden Nyima, a pioneer of the stone shaping meditation, resides. The sixth gold star in the arch on the flag of the DEC represents Eastriver, the other five stars representing Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, The Bronx, and Staten Island.
