ODIN (Operational Data Interface Network) is an Artificial Intelligence originally created by the Venturis Corporation to function as the operating Station AI of Lunar Transfer Station Tacoma, overseeing Station Tacoma alongside it's crew to ensure optimal performance of it's function as the cargo point between Earth and the Venturis Zenith Lunar Resort.

ODIN is, in some aspects, a callback to RODIN (Rapture Operational Data Interpreter Network), nickname The Thinker, from BioShock 2: Minerva's Den, made by many of the same people who formed Fullbright and worked on Tacoma. The most obvious similarity is that ODIN's full name and acronym are extremely similar to that of The Thinker. Interestingly enough, ODIN is also voiced by Carl Lumbly; the voice of The Thinker's inventor and Minerva's Den protagonist Charles Milton Porter.
